The Design Factory / Masterwork

Privacy & visit tracking

This notice covers The Design Factory’s proposal and website concept for Masterwork.

What we measure

We use first-party analytics to understand which pages and proposal sections visitors explore. Events include the date and time, page, broad device category, referral site or campaign label, scroll depth, time the page is visible, and link clicks throughout the concept. Link records include the destination category, page and placement, but omit URL query strings, email message bodies and phone numbers.

Random browser and session identifiers help distinguish repeat visits. Analytics events do not contain names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referring URLs, or advertising identifiers. The activity dashboard is restricted to Ari at The Design Factory.

What this does not tell us

A visit does not identify a person or organization. Clicking a PDF link does not establish that it was downloaded or read. We do not measure email opens. Email and phone clicks do not establish that a message was sent or a call was completed. Time visible does not prove attention.

Storage and your choice

A random browser identifier is stored on this device for up to 90 days. Session identifiers are stored only for the current browser tab. Reports cover up to 90 days; older events are removed when new activity is collected. The hosting provider separately handles the information needed to deliver and secure the site.

We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can also turn off visit tracking in this browser below. This does not affect access to the proposal.

A small proposal invitation may appear after you explore the concept. It remembers pages and active browsing time in this tab and stores a dismissal preference for seven days. These settings are separate from analytics. The full preview information panel opens only when requested. Automatic invitations fade away when not in use. Clicking a contact option opens an email draft; it is not a completed inquiry.
